Stainless & Specialty.

Alloy-specific calibration for high-value, low-tolerance strip.

Stainless, nickel-base superalloys, and titanium mills run small lots with tight tolerances and high scrap cost. GGC maintains per-alloy calibration libraries (300-series, 400-series, Inconel, Monel, Grade 2 Ti), applied at the HMI without head swaps.

PROVEN IN STAINLESS

Multi-alloy scheduling without recalibration

A typical application: a Perfecta-100 on a Sendzimir mill rolling 301, 304, 316, and 430 on the same schedule, with HMI-driven alloy profiles that remove the recalibration step between lots.

More alloy changeovers per shift, on the same gauge, with no recalibration.
Typical outcome of HMI-driven alloy profiles
STAINLESS, NICKEL AND TITANIUM

Small lots, tight tolerance.

Send the alloys you schedule and the tolerances you hold. We will confirm the calibration library you need and quote against your product mix.
