Galvanizing & Coating.

Dual-side XRF coating weight on hot-dip and electrogalv lines.

The Perfecta CWG family measures zinc coating weight on hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing, and zinc-aluminum alloy lines. Dual-side XRF measurement gives independent top- and bottom-side coating reports at the exit of the coating pot or plating cell.

PROVEN IN GALVANIZING

Closed-loop coating-weight control

A typical application: a Perfecta CWG at the exit of a hot-dip galvanizing line producing automotive-grade GA and GI coatings, with closed-loop feedback to the air-knife pressure controller to hold coating weight on target.

Tighter coating-weight control pays for itself in zinc savings.
