Thickness range, accuracy and repeatability are quoted per application rather than published. They move with the material, the line dimensions and the mill conditions: the same body holds very different figures on carbon steel and on aluminium, and line speed moves them again. A single catalogue number would be wrong for most of the mills that read it. Tell us the alloy, the gauge range you run and the line speed, and the figures come back with the proposal.
This is the half of the system that decides whether it is a Perfecta or an Accura. The measurement head is the same; the cabinet is where the two lines part company. Yours is built to the platform named in the table above, and it is wired and tested here before it ships.
The same gauging body on Emerson DeltaV.
The neighbouring body in the Perfecta line.
Coating weight measurement for galvanising and tinning lines.
Tell us your strip dimensions, line speed and existing control architecture. Our applications team will return a complete proposal with the figures you will hold on your material.
